PaddleFit Core
The definition of core: an essential and foundational part; a basic, essential enduring part. That definition is what PaddleFit Core represents: the essential and foundational elements of the PaddleFit coaching system. Our certification model will reflect our commitment to being the best and providing an outstanding educational experience for our incoming coaches. Core is a comprehensive 1 day course as well as an online learning module that raises the PaddleFit standard and creates an atmosphere and educational model to produce the best coaches.

Student Reschedule or Cancellations
PaddleFit has the highest commitment to quality courses with small coach to student ratios, we book our certification coaches in advance and because of this we have a detailed reschedule/cancellation policy.
•More than 45 days notice: you can move to another course location and/or obtain a refund minus any admin or processing fees.
•30 to 45 days notice: you can move to another course location and/or date with only a $75 administration/transfer fee. No refunds allowed under 45 days notice.
•Less than 30 days notice: you can move to another course location and/or date with an administration fee of 25% of the total course cost. No refunds.
•7 days notice: you can move to another course location and/or date with an administration fee of 50% of the total course cost. No refunds.
•Less then 7 days notice or no notice; you forfeit your entire course fee.
PaddleFit Certification Cancellations
PaddleFit will do everything possible to avoid having to cancel or postpone our courses. There are a few times when this will be unavoidable.
•Weather postponements: if a course date needs to be cancelled or postponed due to poor weather then we will reschedule the course at a later date.
•Insufficient attendance: PaddleFit reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any course date if there are less than 6 students registered.
PaddleFit Gear and Goods Purchased
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Membership and Event Fees are not refundable.
By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the PaddleFit coach’s portal?
Please note that the PaddleFit coach’s portal is to be used by coaches of PaddleFit only. Certain workspaces within the coach’s portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain coach types(Core, Pro etc.); access to these areas will be determined and approved by PaddleFit staff. The Content that is displayed in your coach’s portal will automatically vary based on your user / coach type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the PaddleFit coach’s portal are safe and friendly, PaddleFit staff will oversee the coach’s portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to PaddleFit staff. Please note that not all user-submitted content is representative of PaddleFit, nor does it necessarily represent the views of PaddleFit, its staff or members.
